Weir Materials and Foundries providing a one stop shop for engineered, cast and wrought products.

The wrought products business deals primarily in its world leading Zeron 100, Super Duplex, stainless steel. A high strength CRA (Corrosion Resistant Alloy), developed in house. Zeron 100, is produced to our own specifications, meeting oil and gas industry standards of inspection and testing. We supply pipework systems, components and fabrications in Zeron 100. This is backed up by a comprehensive stockholding and distribution service, that operates worldwide. The business also has expertise in other high alloy materials, supplying pipework systems and components in a range of CRA's.

The foundry business is structured and equipped to manufacture all steels but is particularly well suited to high alloy corrosion resistant castings. Significant investment has been made in the Foundry to allow proper processing of these alloys to give a high quality product. Appropriate NDE facilities are also available within Weir Group, sufficient to allow our castings to meet nuclear standards when required.
